Bach Stradivarius Trumpets and Trombones Now Available in New Case Design
1 February 2012
Conn-Selmer and Vincent Bach are proud to announce a new case design that draws on the vintage styling of the builders early ‘20s era cases with modern features that represents the needs of today’s players.
Early Vincent Bach instrument cases included a unique brown leather trimmed exterior and light blue velour fabric interior that became synonymous with the brand image. Owners of vintage era instruments still typically carry their instruments in this renowned case. The new case designs include the elegant brown leather trim with complimenting sturdy handles and gold hardware. Replacing the velour inside is a modern dark blue microfiber padded interior that includes the embroidered Vincent Bach insignia.
Unlike Bach’s original cases, today’s modern cases are slimmer and provide more storage inside the case for accessories. The interior compartments also include space that will accommodate Vincent Bach Megatone™ mouthpieces which feature a larger dimension on the outer cup.
These new Vincent Bach cases will begin shipping with Bach Stradivarius trumpets and trombones in 2012 and are available as part of the aftermarket accessory offering. For more information on this offering visit www.bachbrass.com.
